Simplify thermal models

the thermal models could be a bit clearer and more explicit. suggested models are:

• isothermal

• lumped (using surface area to volume ratio, so could account for different geometries, see alternative geometries for lumped thermal models #718)

• full 1D

• 1+1D and 2+1D pouch cells
