The `macos-12` is now deprecated and will be removed soon, see actions/runner-images#10721 . To continue testing macOS with Intel processor, we can switch to use `macos-13`.

macos-12is now deprecated and will be removed soon, see actions/runner-images#10721 .Furthermore, new
robotologyconda packages are now only onosx-arm64, so we can switch to usemacos-14.
