On the page of Gnu Arm Embedded systems, it states that 10.3 is deprecated:
"This page is deprecated
See Arm GNU-Toolchain for updated content and latest releases"

I want to install the toolchain for windows. It would be nice to state that its the correct version.
Its on section 1.4.3. arm-none-eabi-gdb
