This fixes the README build & run example and adds a guide link to the bundle manifest.

This adds all the Zephyr shield and Devicetree stuff to get the display working using Zephyr's sitronix,st7789v display driver.

v0.1.0 CircuitPy Tester, etc.

This release includes:

• Files for a 3D printable stand
• CircuitPython test program to validate that all the hardware modules and wiring are working
• Devicetree files for Zephyr Feather header to EYESPI shield definition

Point of the CircuitPython test code is to prepare for Zephyr devicetree work by ruling out the possibility of hardware faults.
