Fix pathname generation issues with auto-escaped leading forward slash. Fix build issues from bad dependencies. Update to compatible with Yarn 3.x Fix router issue with missing route based on wrong feature detection. Update babel.config.js for updated CoreJS and updated eslint plugins. Move to emoji-mart-lazyload to resolve depencency issues. Move to modified twemoji package to include assets properly with Yarn 3.
