The k8s_sat NodeAttestor plugin is deprecated and is set to be removed from SPIRE: spiffe/spire#5681 Also update the SPIRE version to the latest. Signed-off-by: Ryan Turner <ryan.turner253@icloud.com>

The k8s_sat NodeAttestor plugin is deprecated and is set to be removed from SPIRE: spiffe/spire#5681
Remove outdated k8s_sat example.
Also update the SPIRE version to the latest.
