phpstan/phpstanandfriendsofphp/php-cs-fixerto the most recent major version. Furthermore. it adjusts the phpstan configuration to be consistent with our other repositories.Why?
Because the old version of
friendsofphp/php-cs-fixeris not compatible with Symfony 6.
