What does this PR do?

The PR updates our example implementations, especially the WeatherForecast example. It replaces a non-recommended approach to configure the WebApplicationFactory (using environment variables) with a simpler approach that aligns exactly with the configuration and setup used in production environments: Connection Strings. This also follows the recommendations outlined in our documentation.
