VDM sculpting: 'Apply Sculpt' fails #240
Comments
I see, you can put the file link here. |
Yeah I can confirm the result is broken. I'll check what's the problem there later |
The main problem with your file is there are overlapped UVs. Please make sure you use the proper UV while using ucupaint. I still found a few other bugs while testing your files tho, like in Ucupaint 2.1.5, you should use 'Standard' color view transform to correctly apply sculpt as VDM. I already made a fix in the master branch so that you can use any color transform. |

Ucupaint: 2.1.5
OS: Windows 11

Certainly not great, but this was just a test of the new feature.
I can send the file to aid in reproducing the issue, hopefully it's helpful. Uploading here fails, but if you give me an email I can send a drive link.
