Could you reference the code_of_conduct.rst
file in another file called CODE_OF_CONDUCT
in the root directory as mentioned in https://docs.github.com/en/communities/setting-up-your-project-for-healthy-contributions/adding-a-code-of-conduct-to-your-project
