let's not include ps/pdf doc in files.doc and also exclude doc that

comes from add-ons.

curious. I thought I had committed this already. remove --disable-doc in

order to build ozdoc.  provide appropriate --with-ozhome to instantiate
the catalog file and get around the fake root issue.
