Timeline

This is the

• Planning, coordination, and flyer-making for Month X begins in the middle of the preceding month
• Month X’s schedule goes out either during (a) the last week of Month X-1, or (b) the first week of Month X.
• Individual flyers go out ~1wk before the talk

Instructions

Time = Middle of Month X-1

• Start Slack thread with the practice leads to line up talks
  • Barring special circumstances, we will default to meeting at Cherrywood Coffeehouse from 7-8pm (7.30-8.30pm when days are longer)
• Speakers need to fill in the “practice meet GH issue”
• Use the info from the submitted issue to modify the “monthly schedule” and “individual talk flyer” Canva files
