related to #141

  • Added the footnote plugin for CKE
  • When copy-pasting from word, the footnotes are turned into anchor links, which are static so they don't respond to being moved within the body of text, so I've added an extension to the footnotes plugin to allow conversion into footnotes which work within the editor by clicking a button
