Godot 4.4 RC 1 is a release candidate for the 4.4 feature release. Release candidates focus on finalizing the release and fixing remaining critical bugs.

Built from commit 8ed125b42908d0d46d3b8967e3a3bc03f809b3af.
To make a custom build which would also be recognized as rc1, you should define GODOT_VERSION_STATUS=rc1 in your build environment prior to compiling.
