Grading Vg image #359

Hi,
this PR completes #352 and provides the following features:

It adds two tests functions:
- test_vg to compare two vg images
- test_vg_against_solutionto compare a variable with the student answer
It displays a report with the image in case of success, the differential image in case of failure

Allow to use Vg library in Toplevel and Exercices

Allow print_svg to display svg file in the toplevel. Use Re to update the svg.
